York House reaches beyond a normal office environment with well considered features targeted at enhancing the workplace experience for corporate occupiers and visitors.
Double Height Atrium Reception: An airy reception entrance with an internal galleried balcony overlooking the main entrance area providing a modern and impressive contemporary meet and greet area, flowing through to lift and stairwell lobbies with a welcoming finish.
External Landscaping: The modern exterior leads to an enclosed hard and soft landscaped patio area offering a spacious external break out area.
The Offices: The offices benefit from generous window provision with aspects looking across to The Long Walk and from the front, onto Sheet Street and Victoria Barracks. Internally the offices are decorated throughout in white, with an allowance for carpeting to raised floors. The offices have multi zoned air conditioning. The lighting is 300-400 lux LED providing a high standard of lighting throughout.
Lifts: Dual lifts are provided, accessible from the reception and at the lower ground parking level -  together with an additional goods lift.
Electric Cars: Charge points are provided, with an additional provision for Disabled Parking, making York House fully DDA compliant. A disabled visitor or staff member can park and access the office floors without having to leave the envelope of the building.
Wellbeing: Aside from the excellent built office environment, York House neighbours The Long Walk, which is easily accessible via Brook Street, as are the town's impressive shopping restaurants and hotels.
